What I Learned From This Class
In this class I have learned different things in all areas, but I think the thing that I learned most is how to really communicate with people in general, not just in the business world. I have also learned that we are all distracted but what we need to do is basically "unplug" once in a while, and especially when we are talking to people face to face its just plain rude. Body language is another big part of communication, when you are on your phone and talking to someone your head is down and you are not paying attention, which is evident to the person who is trying to talk to you. It is also evident when you are distracted and thinking about something else. Communication is key in everything we do, not just business and that is one thing that will stay with me for a very long time.

Dream Job
If I could do anything, have any job in the world, I would only pick one thing.
It would have to be working with horses and dogs. I would love to have my own stable, training horses for police and anyone else who needs it, and giving riding lessons. I would also love to have a kennel to breed, and train dogs.
I would also love to do mounted patrol for the police and train the dogs for the police.

American Pit Bull Terriers, Should They Be Illegal?
In my opinion they should NOT be illegal. They are just a dog that has gotten a bad reputation because people are training them to be vicious, attack and fighting dogs. Or the owners are not informed owners on how to properly train a pit bull. Pit Bulls are actually illegal in many cities across the country. The Pit Bull has a strong pleasure to please. By no means are these dogs people-haters or people-eaters. Their natural aggressive tendencies are toward other dogs and animals, not people. However if they are properly socialized with a firm, but calm, confident, consistent pack leader, they will not even be aggressive with them. The American Pit Bull Terrier is a good-natured, amusing, extremely loyal and affectionate family pet that is good with children and adults. Almost always obedient, it is always eager to please its master. It is an extremely courageous and intelligent guard dog that is very full of energy. Pit Bulls are just another dog and should not be banned or made illegal because of the bad reputation they have gotten because of the idiocy of some people.

What Makes Me "ME"

About 6-7 years ago my sister, who is a few years older than me, was volunteering at a therapeutic horse farm, when I went with my dad to go pick her up. I decided to go in to see the horses when we got there because she wasn't ready to leave. When I went in I saw all the horses and fell in love instantly. I volunteered there for about four years, and loved every minute of it. I fell in love with the horses, volunteers and riders. The riders are all physically, mentally or emotionally challenged; some being autistic, some considering suicide, others blind, the list is endless. Most of the riders were kids, the youngest being about 4 years old; not all were kids though some of the riders were grown adults some as old as 80 or more. When I was volunteering there I couldn't imagine living my life without horses, but also the riders. I eventually would like to own my own horse farm and do this too. This is what makes me, me. So I guess you could say that I am who I am partially because of my sister, but I also have to say that my mom is a big part of who I am, she has always supported me in what ever I decide to do.
